Ricoh MP C3000 multifunction printer

Located in WL 220, WLW 305

Instructions to install printer driver:

It is preferable to use the hostname of the printer, rather than the IP address. While the IP address could change in the future due to network configurations or maintenance, Yale ITS will automatically associate the hostname with the IP address.

WL 220 Printer: YUWLXXXXX000220CM1.stdusr.yale.internal
WLW 305 Printer: YUWLXXXX0000305LM1.stdusr.yale.internal.

Poster Printer Policy

The poster printer is for the Wright Lab community and is available to all members of Wright Lab.

Some items to note:

Please send your highest quality files for printing. Good poster file sizes should be in the range of a few MB, if printed in the kB range it won't look great at poster size, colors could be off, fields blurry and unreadable, etc.
If printing a full-size 3'x4' landscape design, the file must be rotated 90 degrees and saved/exported as such. If it's a portrait design, it can be sent as is.
The user ID and password is taped onto the printer itself.
