How to get support

Seraphim McGann is cucrently on leave,  starting May 4th for at least three weeks. In Seraphim's absence, please use the following emails and phone numbers to request support:

• The #computing Slack channel will not be monitored during this time. 

David Backeberg will be covering system administration tasks that cannot wait until I return. For example, if there is a serious security problem that needs to be patched immediately or an important service goes down. If you notice something like this, please open a ticket through the research computing email address and it will be routed to David.
