WL Website (Bedework) Events Calendar

The events calendar on the Wright Lab website is populated using the Bedework system, found at http://calendar.yale.edu/caladmin/main/showMain.rdo (for authorized users; if you need authorization, please contact the Program Manager).

How to post images to Bedework calendars

• Make a folder on flickr for the particular seminar type, e.g. "NPA Seminars 2022-2023". 

• Upload the photos to that album.

• Select the photo and use the "embed" option to share - make sure to select an option that is 500 x ### resolution. 

• Copy the code to notepad and select the "src" link. 

• Copy the link into the calendar under the image section (I use the head-and-shoulders shot for this). You can use the same process to copy a link to the research graphic if there is enough space under the links in the calendar entry. 

• note: select a medium or small option as it really blows up on the main web page, if you don't
