Organization is KEY - Every project will have its own folder - in that folder, you will store all files and media.
Select - New Project
Locate Media to proper folder (this PC - Your Foldrer) (named for the project you are working on)
Name the file - click Open
File- New - Sequence
For us: AVCHD 1080p30 (for 30 frames per second)
Name the sequence - Project name - your last name (Match Action - Coco)
Important! Save all media to a designated folder to make sure you will have everything to link to.
For this class, each project will have its own folder.
Tip: Make sure you LABEL all files... this will help keep track of files.
