Phone Number Usage: Handle customer phone numbers according to Amazon's personal info policy.
Multiple Selling Accounts: DO NOT operate multiple selling accounts without Amazon's permission.
Misuse of Amazon Seller Service: Avoid excessive or unreasonable use of Amazon's services.
Ratings, Feedback, and Reviews: DO NOT manipulate feedback, reviews, or ratings.
Sales Rank Misuse: Avoid actions that abuse sales rank, such as accepting fake orders or compensating buyers for purchases.
DO:
Provide accurate information to Amazon and customers.
Act fairly, without misusing Amazon’s features or services.
Abide by laws against price fixing.
DO NOT:
Damage or abuse other Sellers, their listings, or ratings.
Influence customers’ ratings, feedback, and reviews.
Send unsolicited or inappropriate communications to other sellers.
Contact customers in any way other than through Buyer-Seller Messaging.
Attempt to circumvent the Amazon sales process.
Operate more than one selling account on Amazon, unless a legitimate business need exists.
Engage in Prohibited Seller Activities and Actions.
Seller Abuse
DO NOT partake in actions that harm other sellers, their listings, or their ratings.
Professional Communication
DO NOT send unsolicited or inappropriate communications to other sellers.
DO NOT contact customers in any way other than through Buyer-Seller Messaging.
Seller Reporting Protocol
DO NOT engage in reporting other sellers to Amazon unless explicitly instructed and legally signed off by senior management. Unauthorized reporting can lead to complications and should be handled with utmost care and discretion.
Policy Compliance
Ensure your actions comply with Amazon's policies and guidelines.
All product listings must feature only accurate and verified certifications. Using incorrect or unverified certifications for any product is strictly prohibited and can result in serious legal and reputational repercussions.
