BDEV will send us a list of leads via Excel Sheet multiple times a week. They will also CC Jarred and Chick/Angelo/Raj in the emails to the customer.
Chick/Angelo/Raj will respond and contact the customers within 24 hours of being CCed in the emails.
Jarred will upload the BDEV Excel Sheet to Salesforce once he receives it from BDEV.
Once the leads are uploaded to Salesforce, Chick/Angelo/Raj will populate the following attributes:
Email and Call logs
Current lead status
Current lead "warmth" - Hot, Warm, Cold
Reasons the lead did not purchase
Items the lead is interested in
Every Wednesday, Jarred will review each lead:
Make sure they are uploaded on Salesforce
Make sure that Chick/Angelo/Raj has reached out to the customer via phone or email
Make sure that the conversation logs are recorded properly on Salesforce
Otherwise, Jarred will inform Chick/Angelo/Raj of any issues spotted
From "Signed up to Wholesale"
Jarred will receive "Signed Up to Wholesale" notification emails from Shopify
Jarred will forward these leads to Raj to reach out and add to Salesforce
Once the leads are uploaded to Salesforce, Chick/Angelo/Raj will populate the following attributes:
Email and Call logs
Current lead status
Current lead "warmth" - Hot, Warm, Cold
Reasons the lead did not purchase
Items the lead is interested in
Every Wednesday, Jarred will review each lead:

Make sure that Chick/Angelo/Raj has reached out to the customer via phone or email

From Amazon or Shopify Top Spender or Large Orders
Chris will forward large orders to the Skype group or via Email
Jarred will forward these leads to Chick/Angelo/Raj to reach out and add to Salesforce
Once the leads are uploaded to Salesforce, Chick/Angelo/Raj will populate the following attributes:

Current lead status
Current lead "warmth" - Hot, Warm, Cold

CS Team receive inquiries from contact@ev-lectron.com or through Zendesk
If they are a B2B customer, or indicate that they are interested in buying bulk or wholesale, an Asana is created for Raj
Raj will reach out and add to Salesforce
Once the leads are uploaded to Salesforce, Raj will populate the following attributes:
Email and Call logs
Current lead status
Current lead "warmth" - Hot, Warm, Cold

Items the lead is interested in
