Replenishment & inventory level review

1. login to our "Re order planning" sheet:

2. Update the FBA inventory for both US and Europe

REPORTS > Fulfillment > Inventory > Manage FBA Inventory > Download the latest report

3. Update the Amazon Sales in the past 60 days for both US and Europe

REPORTS > Business Reports > Detail Page Sales and Traffic by Child Item > Select the day range for the past 60 days > Download

4. Go back to the overview page - and look at the

Reconcile - Column U. If this number is negative (highlighted in Yellow), we may need to consider of ordering new inventory.

ordered - Column J. If you want to order new units, please update the quantity here and you will see the changes in - Reconcile - Column U. Refer to "Create PO in Xero" for ordering with Suppliers

Inventory covered (days) - Column M. If this number is less than 25 - please pay super attention as the inventory is running low. There should be some units in "ordered - Column J". Please push suppliers to ship out goods ASAP.
