We use Sales Force to manage our sales leads easily
We add all B2B leads to Sales Force and update them based on our conversations and emails
We can keep records of all our conversations with each lead
We can also create our own attributes to sort or categorize each lead
1) To access our Sales Force leads, you can click here
2) After you click the link, you can import leads by clicking the "Import" button on the top right side.
3) Prepare all of your leads in an Excel or CSV file to upload to Sales Force. The formatting or columns do not matter, we can easily match those to the Sales Force attributes later on.
4) The important columns we need to have are:
Name
Email Address
Phone Number
Website
Linkedin Page Link
Company Name
Type of Business
5) Once all of these columns and data are on the excel file, you can upload it to Sales Force. Sales Force will automatically check for duplicates or errors and they will notify you via email if any.
6) After they are uploaded, you can view the leads on this link. https://dropcaseslimited.lightning.force.com/lightning/o/Lead/list?filterName=00B5i000008JzoOEAS
7) You can add your own attributes. A few attributes we have created on our own are:
Rating (Hot, Warm, Cold)
Amount Spent on the website
Lead Status
Reasons the lead did not purchase yet
Source
8) To add your email correspondence with the leads, you can simply CC or BCC this email address and it will atuomatically populate the data to Sales Force:
9) If there are some leads which Sales Force cannot automatically link to your email, you can view them here and match them manually:
10) To export your leads list to excel, you can create a report here:
