1) View the open DFDC orders in SPS commerce

• https://commerce.spscommerce.com/fulfillment/transactions/list/

• Filter under sender name: Home Depot POM REG MERCH

2) For each order, we need to route them in the Home Depot TMS portal

• Go to: https://supplierhub.homedepot.com/home

• Login to: TMS TP&E - 2014

• Search for the Purchase Orders, tick the box, and click Ready to Ship

3) Once in the RTS page, fill in all the relevant details

• Make sure the following fields are filled in and correct, they should auto-populate but you can also adjust them if the dates are not accurate anymore

  • • Pickup Start

    • Pickup End

    • Weight

    • Method of Cubing Trailer (Volume size)

    • Quantity

• Once completed, tick the lines to ship and click Save

4) After completing RTS, go back to purchase orders and search the order number again

• Once the Purchase Order tab is opened, go to the DOs page, tick the box and click view

6) Now we know to use UPS Ground, next step is to find out which Home Depot UPS Account to ship the package on, since Home Depot will pay for shipping and not us

• Go back to the Purchase Order page

• Scroll down until you see the Facility > Destination

• Then you will see the Destination Facility number and the complete shipping address

7) Based on the Destination Facility number, you can reference which UPS Account to bill the shipping cost to on the table below

• For this example, it is 5855, so the UPS Account Number is 088F5Y

8) Now you have all the information you need to ship the order:

1. SKU

2. Quantity

3. Shipping Address

4. Shipping Carrier

5. Shipping Class

6. UPS Account to Bill the shipping

• Once you have the tracking number, input it back to SPS Commerce and complete the invoice in SPS Commerce
