SOS Template
Download the SOS template and fill in the information based on the P&L for the items you want to approve.
Once completed, email the Lowe's Merchants to ask them for approval

Once approved, the merchants will tell you to submit the items on Syndigo under Lowe's Initiate
Syndigo Initiate Template
Download and fill in the template above. Once completed, you can upload it to Syndigo.
Click "Import"
Upload the file, click "Import"
Fill in the following:
Recipient = Syndigo
"Yes, link products"
Identifier = GTIN
"No"
"Create new products"
"Import errors..."
"Update first match"
"Ignore Uploaded asset"
"No"
"Do Not..."
Import the file and wait for the items to be created.
Lowe's Initiate Template
Download the template and fill in the required information
For columns which are not item specific, you can just copy the information from the template
Make sure the prices are correct for each SKU
Column AA, AI, AK, AM, AS
After everything is complete, upload to Syndigo.
Same steps as above, but the recipient is now "Lowe's Initiate"
For each SKU, download all the images from Channeladvisor or Amazon
Make sure the naming is as follows:
SKU_1.jpg
SKU_2.jpg
SKU_3.jpg
We will use a formula to upload these images based on their name, so it should be consistent for all items
After renaming all images, double check that all images are correct
Resize them to 1500x1500 px: https://bulkresizephotos.com/en
Upload the images to Syndigo: https://platform.syndigo.com/assets/media-library
"Add new asset"
Once uploaded, complete the images template.
Lowe's Marketing Images Template
Fill in the SKU and Image Names in the template.
Upload them to syndigo, but recipient is "Lowe's"
After images and attributes for Lowe's Initiate is complete, double check that there are no errors for Lowe's Initiate.
Click "Publish" and send to "Lowe's Initiate".
After everything has been published, inform the Lowe's Merchants that the items are published.
They will subscribe to the items.
You can only proceed to step 6 once the items are subscribed. Wait for the Merchants' Go signal.
If there are errors you cannot fix, ask the Merchant to do a data reset for specific SKUs, and resubmit afterwards
Lowe's Marketing Template
Fill in the information and upload to Syndigo recipient "Lowe's"
Listing overview
You can copy the category of other similar products
Open an item on Syndigo
Click "Properties"
"Add product category"
"Lowe's"
Search the category from the listing overview and add it to the product
Go back to "Attributes" and go to "Lowe's" tab of the item
Double check that all bullets, titles, images and other information are complete. Make sure there are no red errors.
Fix the errors if necessary
Once there are no more errors, fill in the category information under the "Specifications" tab
Only the rows in red need to be filled in
The item title on Lowe's will be based on these specifications

Once everything is complete, you can publish Lowe's Marketing
Inform the merchants to subscribe after you publish
You should get an email after a few days regarding the Lowe's Item ID
You can also check the item ID under each SKU
Go to "Lowe's"
Lowe's Item ID is under "Item Number" near the top
You will need this item ID for Commercehub setup
After every item you submit to Home Depot, you must also setup the inventory in Commercehub:
Upload the BPN and VPN excel files into the OAS Portal. The file templates can be downloaded here:
Both VPN and BPN files must be completed and uploaded to finish the sync.
Fill in the necessary information in both files and go to the OAS Portal: https://owenallen.ediadmin.com/Portal/home.php
Go to "Upload: Lookup Insert" page on the left navigation bar.
Upload both files, and the sync should run automatically afterwards.
Tell Gabby to resync the titles and bullets. You need to tell her for which categories
The titles will usually be distorted the first time the item goes online on Lowe's
If there are category, product type issues, or any attributes missing from the dropdowns, you can contact Product Taxonomy team.
They can help select the correct categories if needed.
