Setup Amazon listing (bulk upload - flat file)

1. Flat file access

2. There are lots of details which we may need to change, please pay attention if you want to update the sheet.

Or instead I would recommend you to simply save a copy with the rows (SKUs) you need - it will also save the processing time

Below are the important column which we have to fill in:

• • SKU: please check "Setup Amazon Listing (manual)" for more details

  • Product_ID: This would be the EAN code

  • Feed_product type: please find the relevant category in the flat file. If you cannot find it, please go to

    • INVENTORY> Add a product via upload > Download a Inventory file > Select the new category > download the new Flat file.

  • Manufacturer

  • Part Number

  • Title

  • Standard Price

  • Variation setting - parent SKU and relationship

  • Update_delete

  • Fulfillment center ID

  • Condition

  • Size & color (if the item has variation)

You can always refer the the flat file template for easy reference.

3. Once you finish the flat file and you are confident that there is no error, please go to:

• INVENTORY> Add a product via upload > Check and upload your inventory file >

  • Step 1 Check your file - you will receive a report to see if there is major error with your flat file. If there is no error:

  • Step 2 Upload file

Updating Amazon Content:

1. Whenever updating content on Amazon after the listing is active, be reminded to update it on Master Flatfile, copy the rows you want to update and upload them back to Amazon upload system.

2. After that, you will need to make the changes through Channel Advisor Portal

3. Scroll down until you see "AmzTitle" and update the attribute with the new title
