• For Home Depot, we can only list items in OAS. The full list of items and their Home Depot ID can be found in the P&L

• You can lookup which items in OAS have not been submitted yet and put the new SKUs at the bottom of the P&L

• Copy down the formulas and adjust the Cost and MSRP

• We want to make at least 30% margin for Home Depot, and 20-30% margin for Wasserstein

• You can adjust the MSRP and Cost accordingly

• For items with variations that have been submitted previously, try to price match accordingly, you can find other variations in the P&L list too.

  • • ie. 1 Pack white solar panel should have same price as the black

    • 2 Pack skins should be more expensive than 1 pack, but cheaper than 3 pack

• Login to the Home Depot portal

• Go to: Onboard New Items > Create New Item

• Fill in the following attributes:

  • • Category = Home Security Accessories for Smart Home, EV Chargers for Lectron, etc.

      • • Smart Home: Electrical & Electronics > Home Automation & Security > Home Security & Safety > Accessories

        • EV Chargers: Automotive > Shop Tools and Equipment > Jump Starters, Battery.... > EV Chargers

        • If the category is not above, try to find the appropriate one instead

    • Enter New Product Name (120) = Product Title, must be 120 characters max, must not contain the Brand Name

    • Enter New MFG Model # = SKU

    • Enter New globalTradeItemNumber (GTIN) = UPC with leading "0" (ie. 04895230305072)

    • Enter New UPC = UPC

    • Enter New Home Depot Proprietary Brand Name = .N/A

    • Other attributes = N

• Click "Create Item"

• Do this for all items you want to add to Home Depot

• Input the Home Depot OMSID into the P&L for easy tracking in the future (number begins with 3)

• For all items, you can download the images from Amazon or Channeladvisor

• Rename the images to the format: SKU_1, SKU_2, SKU_3, etc.

• Compile all images into 1 folder, and double check that naming and images are correct

• Resize the image to 1500 x 1500 px in this website https://bulkresizephotos.com/en

• After resizing, upload them to the corresponding SKUs in Home Depot

    • Go to: Enrich

    • Click the item

    • Go to: Images and Digital Assets

    • Upload the images in order from top to bottom

    • Click "Save"

WERCs Certification

• You can fill in with "N" for all attributes

• If there is battery, fill in "Y" for the battery attribute, but you need to submit WERCs afterwards

• Click "Save" when finished

Marketing

• Marketing Copy (1500) = You can copy the "Description" attribute on Channeladivisor

• Bullet01, 02, 03 etc. = Bullets, you can also copy from Channealdvisor

  • • It is better to copy from Channeladvisor, and not Amazon

• For Category Specific attributes, fill in accordingly.

• Click "Save" when finished

Review everything, then click "Save and Submit"

Supply Chain Enrich

• Go back to the Home page and click: Enrich > Supply Chain Enrich, then select the item

• The dimensions should be filled in now, after you submit the "Enrich"

• Only 1 attribute needs to be filled in:

  • • Is this item nestable? = N

    • Click save at the right side

    • Click submit at the bottom

• If the item contains batteries and you said "Y" in any of the categories for WERCs Certification, then you need to submit WERCs.

• The process is the same for Target, but you need to paste the OMSID into each SKU. If you pasted them into the P&L, it will be easy to copy and paste this in the future.

• Submit the WERCs, it will take 3-5 days to process and sync to Home Depot.

• The item will disspear from the WERCs tab once approved. If not, double check the WERCs portal if there are any errors.

• After every item you submit to Home Depot, you must also setup the inventory in Commercehub:

• Upload the BPN and VPN excel files into the OAS Portal. The file templates can be downloaded here:

• Both VPN and BPN files must be completed and uploaded to finish the sync.

• Fill in the necessary information in both files and go to the OAS Portal: https://owenallen.ediadmin.com/Portal/home.php

• Go to "Upload: Lookup Insert" page on the left navigation bar.

• Upload both files, and the sync should run automatically afterwards.
