Mat yoga - pilates classes for adults meet daily at 5:45 a.m., 11 a.m., 6:30 p.m. Monday through Thursday, and 7 a.m. Saturday - Sunday. Chair yoga classes meet daily Monday thru Thursday at 5:15 p.m.  

You may practice mat yoga variations during chair yoga time, and chair yoga variations during mat yoga time, as per your need.

All timings are central time (Chicago time), & classes are one hour each in length. No classes on Fridays.

Classes on Mondays at 11 a.m., Tuesdays at 5:45 a.m., Wednesdays at 5:15 p.m., and Thursdays at 6:30 p.m., are restorative / yin / gentle sessions, practiced with bolsters, blocks, straps, and extended Pranayama segments.

Classes on Mondays at 5:15 p.m., Tuesdays at 6:30 p.m., Wednesdays at 11 a.m., and Thursdays at 5:45 a.m. are more movement based sessions, such as Kriya Yoga (1 minute sets / 10 repetition sets), musical flow yoga, or mat Pilates (supine leg lifts / leg circles).

Classes on Mondays at 6:30 p.m., Tuesdays at 11 a.m., Wednesdays at 5:45 a.m., and Thursdays at 5:15 p.m. are more traditional yoga sessions including yoga twists, balances, stretches practiced with breath awareness.

Classes on Saturdays vary between the above class formats.

Classes on Sundays are Surya Namaskar (Sun Salutations), Pranayama, and meditation.

All classes are multi-level, with modifications suggested for beginning levels.

All classes meet concurrently online via zoom and in studio in person, and have the components of joints and glands exercises from top to bottom, core strengthening & back rejuvenating poses / moves, relaxation, Pranayama (breathing exercises), meditation, and laughter.
