Corporate Group Classes Payment Policy For 

VYAYAM's In-Person / Online Yoga-Pilates Classes

1) VYAYAM's fees range from $300 to $400 per hour for corporate group in-person / online yoga / pilates / meditation classes depending on the distance / time of the day / number of participants. Please write to vidya@vyayam.com or call 847-537-4710 for your inquiries.

2) Complete fees are payable to VYAYAM at the beginning of the session (which may vary from a month to 6 months at a time).

3) Payment will be accepted only by Zelle to vidya@vyayam.com or by Venmo to @Vidya-Nahar (scan the QR code in the upper right corner).

4) If the program is canceled by VYAYAM for any reason, unused portion of the fees will be refunded completely to the participating organization.

5) If the participant organization cancels the program for any reason, unused portion of the fees will be refunded after retaining $200 for administrative fees in addition to the fees for the classes already conducted.

6) If a single class is canceled for any reason by any party, a make-up class will be offered at a mutually convenient time.
