North American Colleges and Teachers of Agriculture (NACTA) Conference, June 24-28, 2024. This conference focuses on the scholarship of teaching and learning in agriculture and related disciplines. Project team members facilitated a workshop on "Integrating Employability Skills Into Agricultural Courses Using the PDSA Model of Improvement." Link to abstract. VCCS Peer Group Meeting, January 12, 2024.
Faculty with the Virginia Community College System (VCCS) launched a new Peer-to-Peer Connection Group for Agriculture and Food Systems. AWT4CL cohort members also shared insights from their PDSA projects and the implementation of learning badges. The group identified opportunities for further collaboration across VCCS.
Association of Leadership Educators (ALE), July 16-19, 2023. Members of the project team facilitated a roundtable discussion centered around "Cases in Agricultural Leadership: An Open Access Book Opportunity." Link to handout.
Summer Cohort Trifecta, June 28, July 12, and July 26, 2023. These three meetings brought the cohort together to (1) reflect on the process, (2) share insights on ongoing work, and (3) develop and expand on plans for Fall, 2023.

International Leadership Association, October 13-16, 2022. This conference focuses on leadership practice and theory and includes an international membership from disciplines spanning the private, public, and academic sectors. The project presented "Envisioning a Future Workforce: Developing Durable Skills and Networks for Collaborative Leadership." Link to presentation.
Engagement Scholarship Consortium (ESC), September 21-22, 2022. This conference focuses building strong university-community partnerships and associated scholarship to help build community capacity. This project will showcase "Enhancing Workforce Readiness Through a Convergence of Networks and Collaborative Leadership." Link to poster.
Association of Leadership Educators (ALE), June 26-29, 2022. This conference focuses on the field of leadership and building leadership capacity. World Future Forum, April 22, 2022. This conference focuses on student success, and we presented on "Workforce Readiness Through Leadership-as-Practice Development (LaPD)." Link to abstract and poster.
New Horizons, April 6-8, 2022. The New Horizons Conference is organized for Virginia's Community College System. We hosted a panel discussion entitled "Agriculture Workforce Training for Collaborative Leadership in Agriculture and Beyond." Link to abstract and presentation.
