VIP Problem on Richmond1 (04)

FIXED
I edited /etc/sysconfig/network-scripts/ifcfg-eth1 to change the gateway to 192.168.100.65 (address of public interface). Restarted the network service. Verified via route that the default gateway was correctly set. ./crs_start ora.richmond1.vip now works. Confirmed this via ./crs_stat -t
