Helix Rigger is the primary interface to the rigging and animation toolset. With it you can view all information about every rig in the scene, along with the tools available to work with each rig.
For rig interaction the UI is composed of 3 primary sections. The Menu Bar(1), where you'll have quick access to load and save full rigging templates. The Toolbar(2), which all available tools that interact with a rig or skeleton. And the Component View(3), which will display all of the rigging components that are currently applied to the character.
The remaining pieces of the UI are for interacting with props, applying region tags to the skeleton so the rig system knows what is rig-able, and changing user settings.

Component View Information on all rig components currently applied to the character
Props Import and Remove props from any joint with a PropAttachment Property
Regions Set up Region tags to inform the rigging system what joints are rig-able
User Settings Change all user specific settings for the toolset
