Controls a single joint by rotation only. The translation of the control will follow the skeleton joint that it is controlling the rotation of.
Ideal for a Animation Sherpa (Rick Lico) spine setup, and to automate the position and rotation of a joint based on the rotation of it's parent and child.
A single joint. Can NOT be applied to a joint chain.
Since the control of this component is point constrained to the joint that it is controlling, this component has no component parent constraint. Having that parent constraint would create a scene evaluation cycle. However it can still be given a parent other than it's immediate parent joint using the Re-Parent Component tool.
