Allows you to apply Rig Components to any Region marked up on the skeleton. Opening the Region Editor will allow you to add and modify Region tags to the skeleton which define the joints and joint chains that are rig-able.
A Region is markup on the skeleton that turns a joint or chains of joints into user friendly names such as 'left' 'arm' that can be generically used across multiple characters. The rigging system then applies rigging to the skeleton based on which joints are marked by the region using the friendly name.
For example, 'left' 'arm' for one human character could be a simple 3 joint arm from shoulder to wrist, or for an alien/monster it could be more or fewer joints and the rigging system would handle them the same.
The filter works the same as the Component View Header filter, except that it hides regions in the region dropdown list.
