Saves a new settings .json file with the skeleton modified to put all values from the joints .jointOrient property into the joint Rotation channels. Then saves all skeleton and property information that's currently applied to the character
This is used to create a settings file that will work on skeleton animation that has been exported out of UE4.

Allows user to set which section of the settings file to load.
All - Load the entire settings file, creating and modifying the skeleton to match the settings file, as well as loading all properties on all joints.
Skeleton - Only create/modify the skeleton based on the settings
Properties - Only load the properties on available joints
