Women in the Martial Arts

Within our karate Network is a sensei named Tracy Ellis. In particular she has played an extremely active role in women's development through the martial arts. Women may start martial arts for various reasons, self confidence, fitness, assertiveness or literally the need for mental or physical self defense.
