More abandoned, river-level US 30, that has been abandoned at Celilo. It's right where the 1908 RR bridge crosses over the Columbia, and where the east end of the large westbound viaduct of 80N is (west end of Celilo)
"The nearest RR track was added in the 1970's. Could this have been a very brief 4-lane, passing section?"

"At least 3 lanes exist here. Was it a passing lane or did people slow down or stop here as they looked at Celilo Falls and the Native fishermen?"
