Concrete viaduct over Three Mile Creek about three miles east of The Dalles in Wasco County. Total Length 200 ft. Will be completed about December 20, 1920.

Sure, it's over a creek, but it's called a viaduct anyway.
A bridge and creek with many names... These photos show the Seufert Viaduct over what is now called Fifteenmile Creek. Mershon labeled it Five Mile Creek. The OHC's 4th Biennium Report in 1920 calls it Three Mile Creek. But it is definitely spanning Fifteenmile Creek...
The photo shown below was taken from a spot that is now buried by I-84.

After the viaduct, the original route of the CRH continued, curving to the north, under where the freeway is today, towards the river and dam.
