Rivka is a Licensed Social Worker with a graduate degree from Rutgers University in social work, emphasizing mental health.
Rivka is passionate about improving access to mental health care for women throughout the many stages of life and is a Postpartum Support International (PSI) member. As a mother herself, she recognizes the importance of providing care throughout the reproductive stages, supporting female-specific health concerns (such as Polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS)), and anything else one may face.
Rivka is equally passionate about working with children. She began her career as a social worker in a school setting, working with children from early childhood through adolescence. She also worked in an alternative high school for adolescents struggling with substance misuse. These experiences helped shape her desire to help children of all ages facing anxiety, depression, or school issues.
Rivka takes an integrative, whole-person approach, with special care for creating a comfortable and collaborative space.
Rivka enjoys spending time with her family, experimenting with cooking, and learning new things in her free time.
