If you are reading this, you have already taken a significant step in improving your mental health and I applaud anyone who takes self-interest in improving their lives. My Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology as well as Master’s degree in Social Work from Boise State University have provided me with the educational foundation to help others achieve their goals. I have experience in treating people with depression and anxiety, those experiencing grief, caretaker fatigue and sufferers of chronic pain. My therapeutic philosophy is that treatment is most effective when all aspects of a person’s life are considered. This allows for a personalized plan designed to address your particular areas of concern. Everyone is different and deserves a specialized approach, not cookie-cutter therapy. Using a combination of CBT and system’s theory, we can tackle obstacles together. My strengths-based approach puts you in control of your treatment, I am just your guide. If you allow me to aid you on your journey, you will be met with supportive and judgement free collaboration. No matter how big or small you believe your problem to be, you are not alone, and I would be honored to help.
