Hi, my name is Adrianna Daly and I’m a licensed social worker. I graduated from Seton Hall University with a Bachelor’s in Social and Behavioral Science and my Master’s in Social Work.
I love what I do, and I put my all into working with people to help them become the best version of themselves. I truly believe that a good therapist will not give you advice, but will empower you and help guide you through life’s ebbs and flows with care and support. I understand mental health issues because I have struggled with them as well. I feel this allows my clients to relate to me and provides me with a unique perspective of both a clinician and an individual. I do not pressure or judge my clients; I feel an important aspect to a good relationship in therapy is the feeling comfortable with your therapist.
I’ve worked with many different people, each with individual goals in therapy throughout the years. I have worked with children, adolescents, and adults from substance abuse and addiction to anxiety and depression, as well as LGBTQA+ and much more. I have experience in individual, group, couples, and family counseling as well.
