I am a licensed associate counselor in New Jersey. I hold a B.S. degree in Psychology,
M.A. in Human Services Counseling with a concentration in Addiction and Recovery, and a second M.A. in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Liberty University. My expertise and interest include but not limited to trauma focused CBT with EMDR, couples therapy with Gottman Method, facilitating support groups for abused victims, and counseling children and adults with depression, anxiety, addiction, blended family issues, and spiritual issues. My focus in therapy is to provide a safe environment for clients to discuss any type of issues and build a therapeutic alliance for improvement and healing through various modalities.
Over 25 years, I have worked in the field of human services, helping people in wide
range of age groups. I have considerable working experience with diverse cultures
and various ethnic groups. I speak both Korean and English.
