I use a mix of mindfulness-based cognitive therapy (MBCT), cognitive-behavioral therapy, acceptance and commitment therapy, humanistic psychology, client-centered therapy, trauma-focused therapy, psychodynamic psychotherapy, crisis intervention, couples therapy, relational therapy, and psychoeducation.I offer individual psychotherapy for adults and children, with a specialization in issues relating to gender, sexuality, and relationships.
