Counselor Ellia Michalski, LAMFT

I'm a wife to a wonderful husband and a dog mom to two rescues pups Winnie and Murphy. I was born and raised in New Jersey. I love going down the shore, reading and cooking. I have been in Education for the last 11 years. Ten of those years were in Special Education as a Behavior Interventionist. I have a Masters in Marriage and Family Therapy and a concentration in Child and Adolescent Behavior. I am also a Crisis Counselor and volunteer with the Crisis Text line where I provide text-based mental health support and crisis intervention. I am driven by an inclusive philosophy that incorporates the ideas of diversity, mindfulness and wellbeing. My objective for our students is to help promote developmental interpersonal skills to build positive relationships with peers, adults and the community around them.
