The Castle remains almost entirely untouched besides a small buff to Zealots, allowing them to dish out a more adequate amount of Damage for a Level 5 creature. All alternate units are simple, congruent with the Castle's design, and self-explanatory in their abilities and roles.
The core design philosophy of Castle's alternate units is to provide each Level of unit a choice between Damage/Tank/Support units that can still perform other tasks well enough, or in the case of Marksmen and Crossbowmen, shooters whose Damage is optimised at close-range and long-range respectively.
