All primary artifact sets have been altered so that their Primary Skill point boosts are equal across all set pieces
All primary artifact set components cost TOTAL_SKILL_POINTS x 1000 Gold, with extra Gold added if any extra effects are present (as with the Sanctuary set)
Artifacts now follow a general rule of thumb for their Cost and Class (Combination artifacts are exempt):
0–3499 = Treasure
3500–6999 = Minor
7000–9999 = Major
10000+ = Relic
