Bio:
Chosen by Go-Shirakawa to replace Antoku after the Heike flight from the capital. In his maturity Go-Toba became a major poet. In 1221 he raised rebellion against the Kamakura Shogunate and ended his days in exile on the island of Oki.
The Fourth prince introduced in Book 8 Episode 1. Appointed as Crown Prince and later ascended the throne as the new emperor. At the time, the prince was incredibly young, around a toddler's age. He was taken away from the capital by the heike during the battle of Hojuji.
