Minutes of 2025 AGM: Click here (NOTE: these minutes are yet to be confirmed, but are included here so that those present can read and check them now rather than waiting until next AGM by which time some details may be forgotten, and hence recollection of details for 'confirmation of minutes' may prove difficult).

The main details of the meeting were as follows:

(3) Election of Office Bearers – all current members were re-appointed with no new nominations received (some thought will be given at the next meeting regarding encouragement of new members – a number of current members have been on the committee for many years and might like to have an opportunity to step back without having to leave the committee with reduced numbers).

(4) General Business

The main item of business was Peter Rogan's tabling of the draft report for our next Five Year Plan. Details an background are included in the Agenda and the tentative Minutes (see links above).
