8-12 July 2019: Facilitated by the National TB Program, National Reference Laboratory of Nigeria (NIMR), Riccardo Alagna and Virginia Quaresima from the SRL Milan has provided support to assess performance of NIMR laboratory and perform SLIPTA assessment
2018
The SRL Milan has provided assistance to re-test 151 MDR-TB strains Whole Genome Sequencing and MIC determination.
2017
The SRL Milan was in charge to provide the EQA Panel Test Round 23. The SRL Milan has also provided assistance to re-test 100 MDR-TB strains with Phenotypic DST 1st and 2nd line, Whole Genome Sequencing and MIC determination.
2016
14-23 March 2016: Daniela Maria Cirillo, from the SRL Milan has participated to a comprehensive assessment of the
TB laboratory network identifying strengths and weaknesses of the national TB laboratory network and providing short-, medium- and long-term recommendations to the Ministry of Health, NTP/NRL and partners.
The SRL Milan was in charge to provide the EQA Panel Test Round 22. The SRL Milan has also provided assistance to re-test 42 MDR-TB strains with Phenotypic DST 1st and 2nd line, Whole Genome Sequencing and MIC determination.
