  • Consultations regarding principles for outbreak investigations in a nursery with Chief Physician Henrik L. Hansen from The National Board of Health

  • Consultations regarding a new Greenlandic TB guidance document with Rikke Bruun de Neergaard Nurse and TB-Consultant at The National Board of Health

  • OCT 26th. Staff visit from Tasiilaq Hospital, East Greenland, at WHO TB SRL Copenhagen, Lab. From Lab. Technician, Nauja Isabella Lynge. Laboratory setup and TB-diagnostics- and T control discussions

2016

• • WHO TB-programme review in Greenland: planning, in country visit 5-10 JUN and report “Tuberculosis prevention, control and care in Greenland: Report of the review mission”. 

  • In country follow-up visit 29 SEP - 4 OCT on WHO TB-programme review in Greenland (+ NUNA MED conference). Hospital and laboratory visits + meetings with key TB-program staff.

  • Continuous clinical and diagnostic assistance including lab. data reports.

2015

• • In country visit of staff member from SRL Copenhagen. Lectures and activities during Ph.D. course on Artic Health, Queen Ingrid Hospital, Nuuk, titles a) ”Risk of TB in East Greenland”, b) “Whole genome sequencing of M. tuberculosis in East Greenland”, c) ”Tuberculosis”, d) “Working group activities; Guidelines to good research in Greenland”, and e) “Preparation of NUNA MED 2016 conference” (TB program).
