The last 3 bones in the spinal cord on the right side is noted as ‘KAL SHAKTHI” and another 3 bones above the first 3 bones is noted as “DAYAL SHAKTHI” on the left side.
“KAL SHAKTHI” is for destruction. But in the ordinary case of destruction, His WILL is mixed with a slight power of destruction i.e. KAL SHAKTHI. Its full use is done at the time of MAHA PRALAYA or on the DOOMS DAY.
The wave of Dayal Sakthi remains flowing continuously and is tempered with MERCY and LOVE for HUMANITY.
Besides mercy and love, the power is not seen, but the special occasion for its use comes only.
When some special personality descends on the EARTH for the up-liftment of Humanity.
This special DIVINE PERSONALITY illumined with the power of compassion (Dayal Shakthi) transmits power through HIS DIVINE PRANAHUTHI (Transmission) for the benefit of Humanity.
2nd March 1945: Swami Vivekananda: "I have been working all along day and night, making your way smooth and glossy. I have taken up the work practically since this morning, and selected a few persons for destruction. One thing is pricking me to a great extent: that a great havoc has been wrought by the persons whom the Lord thought of as His own. His brother, too, is an example. Next comes his nephew. You have made them a target, leaving one. I am postponing the destruction of Mathani Babu for the time being and of Birju as well. There is a great idiot in your society called Rajendra Kumar. Have no expectations from him. He is going his own way and follows nobody. Charge our Lord's Samadhi with full power as soon as you reach there. I like Samadhi to become "The Rising Sun" better than anything in the world. I will be there with the whole sole destructive power. Tap it when necessary. You can knock it down at any moment. That is the only work I took up now and the power of mercy (Dayal Shakti) will will rush up from your Lord. You can utilize it if so required. Have this note with you. Lord Krishna has ordered me just now to annihilate the persons we do not need."
27th July 1944: Revered Lalaji:
I have given you quite a unique training. You possess both forms - destructive (Kala Rupa) and compassionate (Dayala Rupa). Both of these are devoid of sharpness. Both these are the forms of God. Satan cannot interfere here. Now I define these. Dayala Shakti is love from top to toe; Kala Shakti is just the opposite. Lord Krishna possessed this characteristic. This training you shall not find anywhere. Neither does anybody else know the method of this training. It is very difficult to have both side by side. It was a special gift to me from my Revered Master. None has seen my Kala Rupa. I did not give brightness to it. It was a treasure, lying concealed in me. I have transferred it to you. Nobody else is capable of receiving this training. This is special training, which is not available to everybody. No one else can teach this, nor is there anyone else who can learn this technique. Both the powers are mutually contradictory, so the training is difficult. At present I will not disclose the method of imparting this training. There is also no use in telling the method to you, since there is nobody to learn what I have taught you. How can anybody learn it? You too will have to transfer it. For this training the characteristic that is needed is that you and I are merged entirely in every nerve and fibre of each other, so that it is not wrong to describe us as one life pulsating in two bodies. This will not be found anywhere. “The Master has no positive or negative attachment to anybody; it is the disciple's ability to make the Master one's own. This is God's characteristic as well; the shower of God's grace is the same everywhere."
I was pondering one day if there can be any other way of training beside what I do. At that time when I was deeply absorbed in that thought, I found that my Master was telling me that there are two ways of training: one, Dayal Shakti and the other Kaal Shakti.
I asked him, "You have given us training through Dayal Shakti or through Kaal Shakti?" "Through Dayal Shakti," He said. "Why, Sir," said I, "you did not give training to any of us through Kaal Shakti?" "None was fit for that sort of training," came the reply.
I then requested Him to tell me how training is imparted through Kaal Shakti. But He kept quiet and I received no reply.
After sometime a person came to me and complained of his passions. I then began to search for some center on which the will may be exercised so that the passions may become normal. I came to know about one center and touched it with will power. Next time when he came, he said that the passions had come to normal.
Then said the Master, "this is the method of Kaal Shakti."
The very day in the night hours, I came to know the nine points (see figure No. 4)
In the diagram the points 1,4,7 in the spinal cord are related to passions. 2,5,8 help in awakening the kundalini and 3,6, and 9 are very powerful and exclusively relate to Kundalini. So these last points 3,6, and 9 must not be touched in any way. There is one easier way to awaken the Kundalini. When I found out the 14 points, I began to think that now there are no more points. Immediately the Master said that there are 21 points. I again began to think over them and found out all these points in 14 years. All the centres are thoroughly charged with divine energy. If any preceptor concentrates fully upon any of the above points of the abhyasi with the idea of making use of it, it will rush up in volumes and will be extremely dangerous for the abhyasi. The way of doing it is that we should concentrate on a certain point meant for the specific purpose and take out as much energy as necessary for the abhyasi. In other words, keep the pressure of will on that point and take out as much energy as necessary for the abhyasi, i.e, it must not discharge more than what is needed. These points must not be brought into an awakening state like those of the chest and head. On the contrary, at points 1,4, and 7 we should not take out energy from the but press it very lightly. If they are pressed further the man may become impotent. Exact location of the points is given in the diagram.
The point 10(T) is for the regulation of thoughts. It is not that the thoughts arise from this point but it is for the minimising of thoughts. The process is that we should keep a little pressure of the will over it and draw out the energy from some corner and let it function in the system and the preceptor should visualise that the energy which is being drawn out has served the purpose. When the purpose is served he should take out the pressure. Then it will come to the state which previously prevailed in the center. On every center there is a net so that the energy may not gush out. For all this work a few seconds will be enough. Similar is the case with 11(D). This is for the control of the mundane desires. The process is the same as that of 10(T). The procedure is the same for all the points.
Point No. 20 is the strongest point. It is for INTEGRATION. In my opinion this point can be touched at a very high stage and for not more than two to three seconds.
The point 21 - The Destructive Eye - must not be touched at all. It has no constructive work. I have written it for the knowledge of preceptors only. This point is touched by Nature itself or through its agency if destruction of any part of the world is needed. Regarding this point I have written in, The Efficacy of Raja Yoga, that Lord Krishna kept it open for 18 days during the battle of Kurukshetra.
