Ingredients:
1 1/2 cups rolled oats
1 cup oat flour
1/2 cup coconut oil
1/3 cup maple syrup
2 cups peeled, chopped apples
1/2 cup apple cider
1 tsp cinnamon
1/4 tsp nutmeg
Pinch of salt
Instructions:
Preheat oven to 350°F and line a baking dish with parchment.
In a saucepan, simmer apples, cider, cinnamon, and nutmeg until soft and thickened.
Mix oats, oat flour, coconut oil, maple syrup, and salt to form a crumbly dough.
Press half into the pan, spread apple mixture, and sprinkle remaining dough on top.
Bake for 30–35 minutes until golden. Cool before slicing.

Add a drizzle of dairy-free caramel or maple glaze
Stir in chopped dried cranberries or golden raisins
Sprinkle with crushed pecans or sunflower seeds before baking
