Slow-baked and deeply flavorful, this dish brings a touch of sweetness and spice to your table. It’s a nostalgic nod to potluck favorites, made safe and simple for AGS-friendly kitchens.
Ingredients:
2 cups cooked navy beans
1/2 cup chopped onion
1/4 cup maple syrup
2 tbsp apple cider vinegar
1 tbsp Dijon mustard
1 tbsp olive oil
Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
Preheat oven to 350°F.
Sauté onion in olive oil until soft.
Mix all ingredients in a baking dish.
Cover and bake for 45 minutes, uncovering for the last 10 to caramelize.
Let cool slightly before serving.
