Chia pudding layered with fresh berries, granola, and a swirl of fruit purée. Made with oat or almond milk and lightly sweetened with agave.
Ingredients:
1/2 cup chia seeds
2 cups oat or almond milk
2 tbsp agave syrup
1 cup fresh berries
1/2 cup granola
1/2 cup fruit purée (e.g., strawberry or blueberry)
Instructions:
Mix chia seeds, milk, and agave in a bowl. Refrigerate overnight or at least 4 hours.
In jars or glasses, layer chia pudding, fruit purée, berries, and granola.
Repeat layers and finish with berries on top.

Add a spoonful of nut butter between layers
Use roasted fruit or compote for a deeper flavor
