Ingredients:
1 cup wild rice
2 cups vegetable broth
1 tbsp olive oil
1/2 cup chopped onion
1/2 cup chopped celery
2 tbsp chopped fresh parsley
Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
Cook wild rice in vegetable broth according to package instructions.
In a skillet, sauté onion and celery in olive oil until soft.
