ओंकार पर्वत के गौरी सोमनाथ क्षेत्र के दक्षिण भारत के राजराजेश्वरी संस्थान के संत श्री शिवगिरी जी महाराज के प्रयासो से यहां एक 90 फीट उंची शिवप्रतिमा का निर्माण कराया गया है ​जो ओंकारेश्वर आये श्रध्दालुओ को दुर से आकर्षित करती है यहां माता राजराजेश्वरी मंदिर, नवग्रह मंदिर और अन्य मंदिर के साथ श्रध्दालुओ के लिये नि:शुल्क भोजन प्रसाद वितरण भी प्रतिदिन होता है। मंदिर के साथ यहा काफी बडे क्षेत्र में संस्थान द्वारा प्राकृतिक उघान भी निर्मित किया गया है।
