Gurudwara Omkareshwar

ओंकारेश्वर मंदिर से कुछ दुरी बढ चौक के पास गुरूद्वारा है। जहां गुरूनानकदेव आ चुके है गुरूद्वारे की देखरेख ज्ञानी जी के द्वारा की जाती है। ओंकारेश्वर में आदि शंकराचार्य, पांडव जैसे कई महान संतों और राजाओं का आगमन हुआ है। इन आने वाले संतों में सिख समाज के प्रथम गुरु गुरूनानक देव भी शामिल है। वे लगभग 481 साल पहले वर्ष 1535 में तीर्थनगरी ओंकारेश्वर पहुंचे थे। इस दौरान उन्होंने नर्मदा तट पर स्थिति ओंकार पर्वत की परिक्रमा भी की थी। साथ ही समाज के लोगों को इक ओंकारवाणी दी थी। जिसमें उन्होंने इस ओंकार सतनाम करता पूरख अर्थात भगवान एक है जो सभी केहृदय में रहते हैं, वह सत्य, निरंकार और निडर भी हैं।

Some distance from Omkareshwar Temple is Gurudwara near Badh Chowk. Where Gurunanakdev has arrived, the gurudwara is maintained by Giani ji. Many great saints and kings like Adi Shankaracharya, Pandava have arrived in Omkareshwar. Amongst these upcoming saints, Guru Nanak Dev, the first Guru of the Sikh society is also included. He reached Tirthanagari Omkareshwar in the year 1535, about 481 years ago. During this time, he also revolved the position of Omkar Parvat on the Narmada coast. At the same time, people of the society gave Ik Onkarvani. In which he performed this Onkar Satnam Purakh i.e. God is one who lives in the heart of all, he is also true, nirankar and fearless.
