The Hyperforce Red Ranger and leader of the team. He is an extra-terrestrial human from the planet Kaien.
Receiving Zordon's call through the Morphin Grid, the six HyperForce Rangers were among those who rallied to his pocket dimension for the final stand against Lord Drakkon.
The Hyperforce Blue Ranger. Eddie was an enthusiastic cadet at Time Force Academy who was excited to meet Professor Scotts, asking her multiple questions about her time as a Ranger and her battles with Ransik. He was in awe after the attack on the Academy to see Jen morph into the Pink Time Force Ranger.

The Hyperforce Yellow Ranger. Jack is the most experienced of the team, as he was a beat cop as opposed to the others who are all cadets.
Jack was a "beat cop" who was asked by Senior Commander Varge to do a lecture at Time Force Academy. He was very appalled at the idea of talking to cadets about his job and wanted to find any excuse to get out of it. He witnessed a young female sneaking out of the evidence room with a box from a window and attempted to hide to observe and then tail the suspicious individual.

Jack was later seen talking to Dustin Brooks about his Lion Hammer and how it can make earthquakes. After having his Morpher reinforced by Doctor K, Jack and his team participated in an advance towards Drakkon's Tower on the Moon in the World of the Coinless, engaging a large army of Ranger Sentries, using the Chronos HyperForce.
The Hyperforce Pink Ranger.
Chloe's father is Mr. Ashford, the true villain of The Alliance.
Chloe was a troublemaking student of Time Force Academy who got into the school on a scholarship. She snuck an evidence box out of a window and planned to take it, only for Jack to see her on his way to a lecture and put her in plasma restraint handcuffs. She explained to Jack she was going to take it as it would only "go to waste" if it was kept in the evidence room. She tries to sweet talk her way out of her predicament, even offering to take Jack to get donuts, but Jack insists on taking her to see Dean Hines so she can be disciplined for stealing property on school grounds. Chloe and Jack then see Dean Hines acting strange, slowly approaching Jen Scotts and then running to attack her. Realizing something is wrong, Jack undoes Chloe's restraints and they go to help Jen.

On the exterior, Chloe is a bubbly and fun-loving personality who loves joking around and cooking burritos when she's not fighting evil. However, on the inside, she sports that bright and positive facade simply to cope with her fears and insecurities, which she kept hidden from her teammates for a while. She also has a tendency to steal items she deems useful. While often frowned upon, her habit occasionally ensures that her teammates have handy weapons and equipment when they're needed.
The Hyperforce Black Ranger.
Vesper was a cadet at Time Force Academy who was watching a history lecture done by Professor Jen Scotts. Unlike her classmates, Vesper wasn't very interested in the lecture about the history of Time Force and told Professor Scotts that she preferred to "live in the now" as with time travel available she could visit the past or the future whenever she wanted. She spent her time tinkering with a tablet-like device while Professor Scotts was speaking and then was forced to hand over the device when she would not share with the class what it was. Jen tried to remove it from her and after a struggle to keep it away from Jen, Vesper falls down and accidentally activated it, revealing it was some kind of advanced portable holographic projector. It was designed to view the time stream 10 to 20 seconds into the future and shows a horrific vision of all of them being killed in an explosion by an unknown white beam of energy. Jen gets Vesper and her classmates to the center of the classroom, morphs and activates an energy shield to protect them from danger. The energy blast is deflected and the students are safe, with Jen instructing Vesper and her classmates to go out into the hall and escorts them outside. Marv suggests that Vesper use her device to project the future again to find out who is behind this attack on the Academy, but she says it can only do it once with its current power source.
Later after nearly getting killed by the traitorous Dean of the school, Mr. Hines, Vesper apologizes to Jen about ignoring her lectures and promises to try to be at her very best to help her school. During the Hyper Force team's accidental trip into the RPM universe in 2009, it is revealed that Vesper is an android as she goes berserk and nearly kills Eddie due to being infected with the Venjix virus by Kilobyte and placed under his control.

A beautiful but tough woman, Vesper is the tech expert of the group. She was created to think and feel like a human, but her android nature does grant her a few quirks that set her apart from her teammates, such as a distinct lack of discretion. She'll often attempt to be completely honest with whomever she's speaking to, even when keeping the truth concealed is a necessity. For instance, Vesper frequently and shamelessly attempts to tell the populace of the past that she and her companions arrived from the year 3016. Despite her flaws, she is very loyal to her team, and won't hesistate to be agressive when she needs to fight with and protect them.
The Time Force Silver Ranger and Hyperforce Green Ranger. Joe is the Hyperforce Power Rangers' sixth Ranger.
Joe Shih is the elder brother of Marvin Shih (HyperForce Red) who was the Silver Ranger of the Time Force. He was missing for a long time before returning and losing his powers, thus gaining the new form of HyperForce Green Ranger from Jen Scotts.
Joe was sent by Time Force PD to rescue his brother Marv from the Alliance Leader. Once Marv was finally safe, Joe told him where he has been, why he never returned and what his secret mission is in regards to the Alliance Leader's scheme. Sadly, he had to leave and continue his mission, but Marv was just relieved that his big brother is alive and well.
