Winter can be unforgiving in rural West Bengal. Underlining the recent economic distress the members of BHC went to a tribal village to distribute warm clothes to the children, women, and elders. More than a hundred winter-wears were provided to people of a couple of nearby villages from the youngest to the oldest.
