In the coming years, Rainbow is aiming big. In the immediate term,  we plan to reach the underprivileged kids in the tea estates of north Bengal. This would be immediately followed by helping aboriginal kids in Jhargram. In terms of existing projects, we aim to grow our projects Boibagan and Hridoyer Rong. Boibagan would continue to add more books and collection nodes in remoter villages of the Katwa sub-division. We also plan to add science fiction and scientific expedition storybooks in Boibagan. In addition to direct consultation, "Hridoyer Rong" will also add a public awareness program to eradicate the social taboo on mental well-being. Finally longer term, the goal is to empower a whole village and make every family independent. This would be performed by creating sources of income and training people to be recruitable in the modern job market as well as enabling them to undertake small-scale businesses.
