THIS PROJECT ENTITLED A “PROTOTYPE OF MOBILE PNEUMATIC WASTE COMPACTOR” IS FABRICATED TO COMPRESSED TRASHES AND WASTES TO ENSURE THE SURROUNDINGS ARE ALWAYS CLEAN. THE USE OF THE TRASH BIN WILL BE PROBLEMATIC WHEN THERE ARE GAPS BETWEEN THE TRASHES THAT ARE NOT COMPRESSED EFFECTIVELY THAT CAUSING THE TRASHES AND THE FOOD WASTES CAN BE OUT FROM THE TRASH BIN BY THEMSELVES. THIS SITUATION HAPPENED WHEN MULTIPLE TYPES OF TRASH SUCH AS DRY, WET, DIFFICULT OR EASE COMPRESSED TRASHES ARE MIXED IN THE SAME TRASH BIN. MANY TRASH COMPACTOR BIN DESIGNS HAVE BEEN CREATED BUT IN MAJORITY, THEY ARE USED FOR INDUSTRIAL PLACES ON A BIG SCALE. THERE ARE ALSO TRASH BINS THAT CAME WITH THE COMPACTOR FOR THE HOME USES BUT SOLD AT A HIGH PRICE TAG BECAUSE SOME OF THEM USE ELECTRONIC EQUIPMENT AND ELECTRICAL MOTORS. THEREFORE, THIS RESEARCH IS PERFORMED TO DESIGN A TRASH COMPACTOR BIN THAT HAS A LOWER PRODUCTION COST THROUGH THE COMPRESSING SYSTEM THAT IS SIMPLE AND EFFECTIVE. THE SCOPE OF THIS RESEARCH IS PROVIDING A DESIGN THAT IS SMALL IN SIZE AND FOCUSED ON THE USES OF THE TRASH BINS DAILY AT THE HOUSING AREA, OFFICES AND OTHERS.
