The aim of this in vitro study was to studied the flexural strength about Fabrication Of Oil Palm Frond (OPF) and Oil Palm Frond (OPF) of the polymer reinforced with fibre glass to make an application of drain cover. A total of 60 specimens were prepared and divided into 15 specimens each under 4 members namely first member – OPF, fibre glass and Polyester Resin with ( 20% OPF + 30% fibre glass / 30% OPF + 30% fibre glass / 40% OPF + 30% fibre glass ), second member – ( 20% OPF + 40% fibre glass / 30% OPF + 40% fibre glass / 40% OPF + 40% fibre glass ), third member – (30% OPF + 70% Polyester / 40% OPF + 60% Polyester / 50% OPF + 50% Polyester), (60% OPF + 40 Polyester / 70% + 30% Polyester / 80% OPF + 20% Polyester) Each percentage have 5 specimen . Universal Testing Machine was used for the testing of these specimen. From each specimen will be selected and testing was done for flexural strength using a three point bending for compressive strength was plotted using a graphical method. After all the experiment is complete, we will take the specimen that have the highest maximum force. After that, the percentage of specimens that have the maximum force value will be used to make the application i.e. drain cover.
