The main goal of this project is to build a Can Crusher machine that can minimize scrap volume and recycle cans, making it easier to transfer them to the scrap yard. Nowadays, a huge number of cans are being used in hotels, canteens, and other establishments, necessitating a large amount of space for storing or dumping the used cans. Moreover, compressing aluminum cans with your bare hands or feet could lead to injury and also exhausting. This project includes the creation of a Can Crusher that uses a single slider crank mechanism to reduce the volume of cans by at least 70%. This report demonstrates the machine's necessary calculations, assembly, and manufacture. Apart from that, this can crusher machine can actually be the future model of recycle parts for recycle bins.
