In this study, we investigate how to restore rusted objects to their original state. Most sandblasting equipment today cannot be moved to different locations. Because of this, those who want to utilise the machine must set aside time to visit the workshop. Our main goal is to make the sandblasting equipment portable so that workers may do their jobs more easily. Sandblasting is one of the methods of cleaning surfaces, especially metals so that dirt such as rust, oil, and paint found on metal surfaces can be cleaned. The sandblasting process is done by firing abrasive material with high air pressure on the metal surface so that the sticky dirt will be eroded and fall off. The aim of this research is to design and make a sandblasting machine at an affordable cost for small to medium manufacturing industries. The method used in this study is divided into several stages. The first stage is to design the tool with the application of technical drawings as well as determine the tools and materials needed. This stage will also determine the comfort and safety for the operator who operates this sandblasting tool. The second stage is to assemble the tools in accordance with the assembly design of the tools and materials.
