This research is carried out to design a coir fibre or coconut’s husk fibre reinforced as a paper bag for commercial. In the past two decades, natural fibre have received attention as a substitute for synthetic fibre amplifiers, such as glass fibres in the polymer, jute, coir and etc. Advantage of natural fibre is that it can reduce costs as it widely available, low density, the strength that can be adopted, and can be renewed without affecting the environment. From the resulting output data , it appears that coconut husk fibre is suitable for paper bag because it easy to decompose if compare to plastic bags. In this study plays an important role as both these factors can influence the outcome of experimental data obtained. Hence the coir or coconut husk fibre is able to compete with another plastic bags
